Third Social was once the Hoppe & Strub Bottling Company.Built in 1895, this historic warehouse served Toledo's bustling bottling and brewing industry. Designed by architect Bernhard Becker, the landmark features broad arches and soaring spaces that once welcomed wagons and barrels.
Today, the building has been reborn as a modern event venue that keeps the character worth saving: exposed brick, original scale, warm texture, and the unmistakable feeling that something happened here long before your story arrived.
